Help! I’ve logged in but there’s nothing under My Courses.

If you have an active subscription, have logged in but see a “My Courses” screen similar to the one below it means that your internet browser is unfortunately no longer supported and needs to be changed to a modern browser. This applies to Internet Explorer as well as any other legacy internet browser.

To solve this problem simply log out and install a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari and use that to log back in again.
